Built in 1909 this Listed house in Hampstead Garden Suburb NW11 was one of the first built within the Hampstead Garden Trust development and had had no improvements since the 1960’s.
Whilst meeting the needs of contemporary living great care was taken in preserving the existing details and character whilst opening up and enlarging the spaces in connection with a loft conversion.
A balance between historical and contemporary features enhances the whole, working within the both the Heritage and Conservation area restrictions.
