1) Initial Consultation
At the start of your new house build project, we’ll meet with you to discuss your objectives, budget, and timelines, and provide a quote for our services.
3) Detailed Design
Our team will produce detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications to ensure the build meets regulatory standards and your expectations.
5) Construction
Throughout the construction phase, we’ll inspect work to ensure compliance with technical drawings, schedules, and specifications. We’ll work with contractors to address any issues or changes required.
2) Design & Planning
We’ll create a design concept for your new house and work with you to refine it, considering your needs and wants, as well as any regulatory requirements. We’ll submit planning applications and obtain the necessary approvals.
4) Technical Design
