Each extension or refurbishment project follows six key stages:
As soon as we have discussed your project objectives, we will provide you with a quotation for your acceptance. We will arrange digital scanning and measuring equipment to be used to create a CAD drawing of the design.
Our architect will collaborate with you to ensure that all your needs are met and submit planning applications to the local authority (or work within permitted development rights, where applicable).
At the beginning of construction, we collaborate closely with engineers, service engineers, and adjoining property owners- where applicable, to get party wall agreements. In addition, we maintain quality and specifications, and ensure that plans are met. Furthermore, we ensure to keep you informed throughout.
We’ll evaluate your briefs and propose creative ideas from your extension or refurbishment within your desired budget that gives you the most value.
All successful residential extension or refurbishment architects rely on high-quality technical drawings, which form the bulk of our work. We produce multiple drawings, schedules, and specifications which are tendered to builders for commencement on-site.
We will then transfer responsibility for the completed project over to you or your client, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is provided for maintenance and future use.
